NOTES: Specification provided by Mr Geoff Avery, Gippsland, Vic., 18 July, 1978. It shows the specification of the instrument in June, 1943, when he purchased it from the theatre. Originally it would have been the same as the Rialto, Sydney, organ, detailed above. While at the Majestic, the original piano console was replaced with a locally-built console ("a cube design of three-ply") without piano or roll-player.
