Theatre Stylings of Inspiration with Roland Theatre Organ Modules

This is a new project by Philadelphia organist, Nelson A. Clark, which is breaking ground for THEATRE ORGAN enthusiasts. The CD recording is done with Roland Theatre Organ modules, using the 16 pistons of a Yamaha EL-90.

Nelson was so enthused by the theatre organ voices and registrations in the Roland module, he underwrote all the costs involved with producing this CD.

Technical Midi stuff:

The recording was done with three ROTMs in tandem (not overflow) mode.  Each module has its own patch setup, with the trems set slower than normal

The pistons change the RTOM patches in sequence from #1-#16 (However, the patch numbers show as #11- #27).  PROGRAM CHANGE was enabled on each module so the piston changes  were accepted.

The patch registrations can be copied to a blank D-110 RAM card, if anyone is interested.
