I wanted a new console similar to a 260sp Wurlitzer.

I had no idea how to go about this so I spent many months sitting

at my PC using CAD software drawing up plans.

Stop Rail Production

This method makes it an easy job. 3mm plywood strips laminated.

Making Bolsters
The Scroll.

I made three attempts at this, the first and second times

the thickness was wrong and I had a problem with the router.

The final attempt worked and this time I got the thickness right at 25mm.

The Scroll fitted and painted.

This time I used hook-up wire which is more robust and durable than the brittle phone wire,

The switch assembly was supplied by Peterson.

the magnets were attached to the Conn pedals with a small piece of MDF and Mini Channel.
