If you copy and paste one of the links below into the script for your own website or 
blogspot, the banner will then appear, according to where you have positioned it.
There are two versions reproduced here: SMALL and LARGE.
If you wish to customise either to suit your own individual needs, simply change the 
WIDTH and HEIGHT settings by calculating the WIDTH you need and then dividing that 
setting by 5.70 to give you the correct HEIGHT setting. This will then maintain the 
correct size ratio.
