Greetings from North Congregational Church in New Hartford, CT.
We are looking to sell our pipe organ.
The organ is a WurliTzer "Style E Special", opus (serial no.) 1082.
It was originally installed June 18th, 1925 in the Rialto Theatre, Falls River, MA.
It originally had the following ranks of pipes and tuned percussions
-Diapason
-Tibia Clausa (later replaced with a second Diapason)
-Concert Flute
-Violin
-Violin Celeste
-Trumpet
-Clarinet
-Vox Humana (later replaced with a Dulciana)
-Chrysoglott (now labeled, "Harp"; uses tuned bars similar to a vibraphone)
-Chimes
-Xylophone (gone)
-Glockenspiel (gone)
Also missing are the untuned percussions -Bass Drum -Snare Drum -Cymbal
-Tambourine -Castanets -Chinese Block
- Also 13 assorted sound effects: train whistle, auto horn
