ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

From: Jeff Hosford, Jan. 2000

Five or six years ago I bought the console of opus 513 along with five ranks (don't know if the pipework was from the same organ) from an organ builder in Los Angeles. I think it had been aquired from an estate sale. Anyway, I began the task of restoring it with the intent of puting it in my home.

The console was pretty far along when the Northridge earthquake struck destroying the console and most of the pipework. The bottom two octaves of the 16' bourdon fell on the console copletely crushing it. The remaining pipe work was sold to Bob Maes Pipes and Palaces in Kansas City.
